The living/dining room has tile floors, recessed lighting to accentuate the natural light and bright feel.

This amazing home is energy efficient, so the savings will add up quickly.

Amenities include: multiple resort-style heated pools, spa, sauna, lap pool, splash pad, playground, indoor and outdoor basketball courts/volleyball courts, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, putting green, pool-side tiki bar and grill, arcade, coffee lounge, fitness and aerobics facilities, social room, restaurant and bar and within a short distance there are several resort-style Golf Courses.

NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Utilities, cable or streaming services and WIFI are included. Association application and approval required. ($100 application fee). 2 month minimum stay required in Season. 1 month minimum stay Off Season.

May 1-Nov 30: $3,500 per month (additional fees & taxes)

Prices based on 4-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities and WIFI.

Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($350), Booking fee ($100), Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (ONLY AVAILABLE to be purchased at the time of booking). Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
