Enjoy a quiet pond view from this 2 BR/2 BA condo with upgraded kitchen including one drip and one Keurig coffee makers. Updated baths. Ceramic tile throughout living area with hardwood floors in bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Accommodate extra guest with a new sleeper sofa in the living room. TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room with DVD player. Walk-in shower in guest bath. Full size washer/dryer in condo. Expanded cable and Internet with WIFI provided. Free long distance in USA. New AC system 2021.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Unit provides 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach buggy, cooler, sand toys, 3 Boogy Boards and one
small BBQ grill. 2 bikes are available (at bike rack near lauch pad) baby stroller.

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner. Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
