This 1st floor 2 BR/2 BA condo that sleeps 6 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. The unique end unit condo offers lots of shades and privacy.

Upgraded kitchen which includes all small apliances including a Keurig coffee maker.
Master bedroom features a king-size bed with a view of the canoe encove and part of the bay. TV's in living area and bedrooms. Bedrooms include ceiling fans. Guest bedroom features twin beds. Enjoy your morning coffee from the private and quiet screened lanai. Condo includes beach chairs, skim boards, umbrella, cooler and beach buggy.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Amenities include: Largest heated salt water pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickle ball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier.

Anna Maria Island is a 7 mile island of pure beauty. Enjoy early morning walks on the miles and miles of wonderful Gulf beaches. Experience the famous sunsets that the island is known for.

Runaway Bay is a quiet community with quiet hours after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.

Area: Near Sarasota and Tampa’s major airports, Bradenton, Longboat Key, famous St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key, Mote Marine Center, Ringling Museums, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and just a couple of hours to Orlando area including Disney World, 2 Universal Parks, Sea World, water parks and more!!

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable.

Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation of $250 refundable security deposit is received.
