Sit back and relax in this beautiful 2 BR/2 BA garden view condo. Kitchen and baths have been upgraded. Master bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, Guest bedroom features 1 queen & 1 twin beds.. TV's in bedrooms and living room with DVD player. For extra guests there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.. Ceramic tile in kitchen, dining area and living room. Enjoy the view and the island breezes from the screened lanai. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Free long distance to US, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico included at no charge. Beach supplies such as 6 beach chairs, cooler, beach mats, 2 umbrellas and a beach buggy are supplied. There is also 2 tennis rackets.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

1 pet up to 25 lbs allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit and a $250 security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable. Internet fees will be charged, if not provided by owner.

"All of the staff members were very friendly and responsive. Accommodated our date mishap. Cindy was so helpful! We appreciate all the beach equipment in the unit - down to the sand toys. We would rent this unit again.
